Song Home Realty LLC was founded by Marcella Jackson. After working in corporate America as a Licensed Masters Social Worker for 18 years, and working as a Licensed Realtor full-time for 8 years, she decided to go to Real Estate Broker school and bet on herself. While it was not easy holding down a full time job, managing a full-time business, and being a full-time single parent, she realized that generational wealth was only going to come from being financially free and you cannot pass on your “job” to your children. SONG stands for “Saving Our Next Generation,” because Ms. Jackson aspires to help others to do the same. While building SONG Home Realty many doors were shut and many request were a no, but Ms. Jackson kept pushing to accomplish her dreams and goals.

Over the years, Ms. Jackson has trained and taught many real estate Agents how to be resilient in this real estate market and turn them maybe(s) and no(s) into Yes(es). She credits her success to “God”, her family, and her support system. Ms. Jackson received her Real Estate Broker license in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Georgia and has been certified by the Office of Minority Business Enterprises as MBE, DBE, SBE, and WBE.
